Construction
Since 2010, we've built hundreds of units through our construction affiliate, Northeast Builders. We started out freshening up paint and carpets on rental properties and now we are hanging steel beams and advancing contemporary living concepts. It's been quite a ride.
We perform construction on our Locale projects and also manage construction and the development process for select individuals who desire to wholly own their own development. Our experience in Realty and Development allows us to provide a unique approach to cost savings and value optimization for our clients.

John Sosalski Jr.
John manages the day to day financial and accounting operations for Locale Philly. He is a seasoned investor with over a decade of construction management experience. Trained in both LEAN and Six Sigma best practices, he is a master of efficiency and organization. John is actively involved with the Fishtown Business Improvement District and cares deeply about community development.
Roman A. Sosalski
Roman oversees property operations from initial land acquisition to final sale. He's overseen the development of over 250 units worth over $75,000,000 to date. He is the founder of the Locale Realty team at Keller Williams Philadephia. He graduated magna cum laude from Drexel University with a B.S. in Economics.
Brian M. McCann
Brian, a 2007 graduate from the University of Pennsylvania, has a decade of experience in B2B & B2C sales and marketing. Additionally, he currently attends law school at nights where he learns about real estate and contracts. He handles the outbound marketing and client sales for Locale as a licensed REALTOR® within the Locale Team at Keller Williams Philadelphia.
